Description
Experience gentle postures, calming breathwork, and guided meditation. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to help you stretch and strengthen your body while easing your mind into a state of relaxation. Suitable for first-time yoga practitioners and anyone seeking a gentler approach to their practice.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Space is limited to 15 participants. Please register early.
Sessions can be reimbursed by extended care plans. Please check with your provider before registering.

Essentials to Bring:
Yoga mat, a blanket or towel, water bottle.
Optional Props:
Yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters.
Additional Tips:
- Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Non-slip socks can also provide extra grip for steady practice.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
- Please inform the instructor of any injuries.
