Book Club with a Twist!

and a pop-up bookshop

This club will meet on a quarterly basis. Sessions will include a gentle yoga practice (hence the twist!) and the discussion of wellness-themed books. No previous yoga experience is necessary. While reading the discussion book is recommended, it is not required!

How to Read a Book offers a compelling exploration of connection and resilience, providing a thoughtful backdrop for reflection and conversation.

Suitable for adult readers of all ages. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Essentials to Bring:
Yoga mat, a blanket or towel, water bottle.

Optional Props:
Yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters.

Additional Tips:

  • Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Non-slip socks can also provide extra grip for steady practice.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries.
