This club will meet on a quarterly basis. Sessions will include a gentle yoga practice (hence the twist!) and the discussion of wellness-themed books. No previous yoga experience is necessary. While reading the discussion book is recommended, it is not required!

The healing power of reading has been well documented. This book discussion group is open to anyone who is interested is using literature to explore topics on brain and emotional health. Join us in October for a discussion of Annie Hartnett’s unique novel Unlikely Animals. This novel explores dementia and themes of caregiving with humility and humor.
