Workshop Information: Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present. It has been found to be a key element in cultivating and sustaining a sense of balance and happiness. This two-hour introductory workshop explores the basics of mindfulness practice and techniques that can be used on a daily basis to enhance well-being.
