Experience gentle yoga infused with the soothing melodies of live flute and sitar. Let the meditative tones of Indian ragas guide your breath and movement into deep relaxation.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Essentials to Bring:
Yoga mat, a blanket or towel, water bottle.
Optional Props:
Yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters.
Additional Tips:
- Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Non-slip socks can also provide extra grip for steady practice.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
- Please inform the instructor of any injuries.
