Yoga for Caregivers: Finding Balance

This workshop aims to help caregivers achieve balance through yoga and mindfulness. It incorporates gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Participants will gain practical self-care tools to boost resilience. Suitable for all caregivers, this session provides a supportive space to address stress and explore how yoga can restore balance.

No previous yoga experience necessary.

The Sound of Yoga

A Meditative Practice with Live Flute and Sitar.

Date: Thursday, April 24, 2025
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

Location: Riverdale Community Hall (9231 – 100 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T5H 0A4)

Experience gentle yoga infused with the soothing melodies of live flute and sitar. Let the meditative tones of Indian ragas guide your breath and movement into deep relaxation.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Space is limited to 20 participants. Please register early.

  • Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Non-slip socks can also provide extra grip for steady practice.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries.
